E4402 Trial For Low Tumor Burden Indolent Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma

This is a randomized Phase III study for people who have low tumor burden indolent Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

The purpose of the study is to test whether it is better to continue to continue giving Rituximab after initial treatment as a maintenance therapy or to wait until disease progression and then retreat with the drug at that time.

Patients participating in this study will be randomized into two groups:

Patients wil be followed for up to fifteen years to determine the long term effects of the treatments given as part of this study.
